These turkeys are extremely hard to catch for warranty work. I guess they're too big to worry about it. We just have 3-4 small leaks in a $35,000 roof installation in less than 3 years. No biggie. Have heard every excuse. There is zero interest in even coming to look at our problem. Good luck if you choose E. H. Henry, but I will definitely be advising everyone i know to look elsewhere. They simply don't back up their work.
