  Steve was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He replaced the boots on my roof, did waterproofing on my patio roof and gave recommendations and to prevent future damage. His pricing is fair and reasonable and he performs his job in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to hire him again.

  E&F Construction They are professional, fast, punctual and clean. Very reasonable prices.(best price in The Valley) Went over and beyond to help my father with his damaged roof. We signed the contract on a Wednesday, stated and finished the roof on Friday . Mr.Franco showed professionalism and humane to my father. Was always a call away to answer any of our questions. Most definitely highly recommend them for your next new roof or repair. Very satisfied with the work they did.

  Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, assessed the roof and described all the damage before I could even tell him what was wrong! Very professional and thorough. We Saved his card and information. Steve will be our contact for all future repairs. Guaranteed his work with warranty... now that’s backing his work 100%!
