  I hired Dutch’s to install a Chimney Cricket. They were knowledgeable, explained everything to me with regards to the work, and very professional. Really did a great job to make sure that area was water tight and in good shape.

  There was a big mix up with the secretary and we were not able to meet at the originally scheduled time. Don Dutchess called me on the following work day, apologized several times for the meeting issue and came out and met with me to examine the roof. I appreciated his willingness to follow up and make things right.

  The owner, Donald Duchess, came out to look at the roof initially and give the quote which we thought was very fair. His employee, Brandon Byrd, who was in charge of the repair work was very pleasant to work with and kept us informed of every single thing he was doing to repair our roof.
