  Keith and his entire team at Dutch Quality were fantastic in finishing our basement. So much so, that we plan to use them again for an upcoming remodel. Everyone was very professional, on time every morning, kept my wife and I in the know on each step of the process, and overall did great work. I can’t recommend them enough!

  I've remodeled a number of properties, and dealt with a LOT of different contractors. I would say that hands down, my experience with Dutch Quality is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. They listened carefully, were flexible with my budget, and creatively brought solutions to me. They delivered what they promised, and the quality of the worksmanship was exceptional. I have to say that Keith's attention to detail throughout the process, and the lengths that they went to to ensure that we were satisfied went well above and beyond. In fact, they redid our stairs twice, because they weren't up to Dutch Quality standards - even though we we happy with the first attempt. All in all, I could not recommend this firm any more highly, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I'm an extremely satisfied client.

  Dutch Quality performed extensive remodeling, including installation of a very expensive cedar roof. Dutch Quality’s use of improper roofing nails caused the shingles to fall off after less than 15 years. Properly installed cedar roofing typically lasts at least 50 years. Had to replace at significant additional expense.

While I was not involved with your project when it was completed I did take the time to review the roofing work performed on your home. First, I would like to thank you and Kathleen for inviting us to work on multiple different projects at your home between 1999 and 2003. Regarding the roofing, the gentleman who installed the roof was a specialty contractor with over 25 years of experience installing cedar shingles. It does appear from the information we have on record that all of the best installation practices were followed. In the nearly twenty years since the roof was installed we have not received any complaints from you about the roof or any requests for warranty or repair work. Dutch Quality has been in business for 42 years and in that time we have completed over 1,500 projects in Lancaster County. As a company, we strive to give our customers the best service and finished product possible and we do not shy away from addressing any concerns when warranted.
