  Our entire process was positive until we had a small leak. Looked like a 1/4" puncture. Not sure if something punctured from the outside or when the roof was installed a stone or screw went unnoticed before they installed the roofing material. Regardless they did the repair and the installer said it was no charge. Then Dura-last Inc sent us a bill for $564.00. This was a 20 minute repair. Even if you give Dura-last the benefit of the doubt and lets say it was an out of warranty repair $564.00 is a bit high don't you think.

  We had two apartment roofs installed by Adept Roofing, a licensed contractor for Duro-Last in 2006. Since the roofs were installed a number of leaks had to be fixed by their company repair people. The fee for this was at first $100, then last few years $150. When I asked the company to inspect it this year (2019) they stated the fee would be $750. This was never stated in their contract or guarantee. I would not recommend Duro-Last for any future work.
