  We have leaking in the garage chimney. Wood rotting. May have mold in the attic. I have been trying for years to get them to come out with no luck. No - I asked you to look at the roof because of mold growing in our attic. I will take pictures of the attic and post them.

  Mr Wick As you know we have been to your project many of times and the problem appears to be from the chimney above the roof line. The chimney had been rebuilt after the roof was completed by another contractor. The problem was not caused by us therefore we cannot be responsible for this specific issue.
