  I contacted this company to have two chimneys cleaned. We had a Furnace Fire (Not a chimney fire) but because of the extensive black smoke we wanted both chimneys to be cleaned. We called in November which meant we needed to wait a couple of weeks. Everyone we called had at least this time schedule. They arrived on time perhaps even maybe 15 minutes early. They were efficient, Left no mess. We had just had a furnace installed a week before and were having issues with the new furnace not lighting properly. The furnace company had been called and were on their way. Marc went above and beyond by staying to discuss this issue with the furnace company to assure that there was not an issue with the chimney. (The new furnace was installed and the pipe size was now smaller which could effect draft). Marc had requested that the furnace company test the draft. THANK YOU MARC. The furnace tech had to do a lot of adjusting but Marc ALTHOUGH VERY BUSY STAYED EXTRA TIME to assure that if he was needed in anyway he was there for us. He also left his card and said if we needed him to either call or email and he would respond. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. (I understand they do Masonry work in the spring and summer too)!!!!

  Duke’s did a great job! They came quickly and then came back at my request for the other chimney, because that did such a great job for the first one. Both times they were reliable, they were able to secure my chimney cap that had fallen off and completely repaired my loose trim on my other chimney. The first company I dealt with told me so many things were wrong, just to get more money from me and then went out of business. I got another estimate before Duke’s from another company who also tried to rip me off. Duke’s was very fair in their pricing and did not try to creat problems that didn’t exist. I am extremely happy with Duke’s and they will be the ones I call if I ever have another issue. Thank you Duke’s!!

  Arrived on time, was very professional and had the chimney repair completed as requested . Would definitely recommend the service from this business. Thumb's up for Dukes.
