  Very Happy customer. I called Ducker Roofing out to give me an estimate. I had called about 5 other companies out as well, because I was paying for this roof my insurance company denied. Ducker Roofing blew all the others away with their bid and offered more than the others also. They showed up two days later and finished my roof that same day. There is about 5000 different roof companies in the metroplex, and most are pretty sketchy, but Ducker Roofing treated me great, no games, no sketchy, just a great roof at a great price. I will use them for all Roofing needs going forward.

  I hired Ducker Roofing to replace the original roof on my home. The work was completed on December 15, 2016 and many of the shingles, compromising approximately 40% of the roof, have fallen off after mild storms and light wind. Ducker has previously replaced some of the shingles, over the course of the first two years, but has failed to properly repair the roof as of this day. They have ignored my calls to properly fix my roof so that I was forced to replace shingles myself as necessary in an effort to prevent further damage. According to a document given to me the shingles are covered with a 25, year warranty, and labor is covered for 5 years. In the most recent conversation with Ducker they were quick to point out that the last storm, occurring August 2020, may have exceed the terms of the warrantly; however, I have to reiterate that I was experiencing issues with their workmanship and/or shingles from the very beginning. If Ducker Roofing had provided adequate quality in their work and materials -or responded to my initial concerns in a timely manner -my roof would more than likely have fared better or just as good as many of my neighbors who still have their original roofs on their homes.

  Ducker Roofing of Burleson, Texas did an excellent job of helping me get the carport I wanted. They are professional, personable and reliable. Billy Wood was especially helpful from the initial estimate thru construction. The carport looks great and I highly recommend them for any job.
