  This is by far the most unprofessional process we’ve ever had to deal with. No one ever updated us with anything. They only send short text messages if you call they never answer. Our closing date was postponed twice the day of closing. None of the paperwork was done when it was suppose to be done. The whole process was and is a complete mess. If we ask questions no one could answer any of our questions. It’s all hurry up and wait. The only person that was professional throughout the entire process was the guy we did our walk throughs with.
