  Had interior water damage from a compromised interior plumbing pipe that caused approx $90k worth of damage to our Aledo home Aug 2021 (drywall/wood flooring/painting/electrical/etc)—we were crushed as we had the house under contract to sell at the time of the incident. After fighting w the insurance company for five months (Jan 2022) we finally had approval to start our rebuild. We found DRI via google search and reading the reviews. We were met by Derek (owner) within two days, were under contract within a couple more, and rebuild was started a week later. The rebuild would have started immediately, but we requested a week in order to get as many things out of the house as possible. Once the job was started, the process was a well-oiled machine. House neared completion within 6 wks! We were planning to put the house back on the market once DRI had finished the rebuild but ended up having a showing one week prior to completion. The potential buyers were blown away by the completed rebuild and we had a cash offer $50k over original asking one week later. This was the best remodel experience we’ve ever had. To our surprise, there were no hiccups or issues whatsoever. Derek was cordial, positive, and always put our family at ease. Our project managers were Kory and Randy and they were great with communication and managing the project and our expectations. Phyllis handled the administration side and took over communication with the insurance company to ensure payouts were distributed properly and on-time (this was a huge burden taken off of our shoulders; especially being displaced from our home). Jennifer (head of cleaning service) went above and beyond to ensure our house was “show ready” once all the work was complete. I could go on with positive things about our experience. We are planning on building in Brock within the coming months and will definitely look to DRI when the time comes.

  We recently had DRI upgrade our garage ceiling, walls and lighting. The job involved moving the hot water heater to the garage. Chris Moore did a great job as the project manager. We are very pleased with the end product. We are currently doing a kitchen remodel with DRI. Our kitchen remodel went very well also. We had some challenges with our 30 yr old home but nothing that Chris Moore and the workers did not overcome. We had DRI upgrade one of our A/C units while the kitchen remodel was being done. I would recommend DRI for your home construction needs.

  I highly recommend DRI Construction!!! My house was new and I needed to have some painting done is several rooms. Derek Davidson and his team were in and out like a flash. They not only did a fantastic job! They cleaned up like it was their own house. I couldn't be happier and will use them again this next summer when I want some additional work done.
