  DR Roofing is by far the best roofing company in the Jacksonville area. What amazed us was when the final insurance payment came in hich was telling us we only cover the minimum grade material requirements and not for any high grade roofing supplies as listed in your invoice. When we asked DR roofing about the cost over run we were told we cover all the material upgrades and that as agreed your only responsibility is for your insurance copayment. Don't let roofing company tell you that they will cover your deductible as they are breaking The Fair Trade Act laws. If they are breaking the law where else are they cutting corners on your roof to pass inspection? We only want our customers to have the best roofs so they don't have to come hunt us down 25 years later. We do it right using the best materials the first time and it shows. Knowing exactly what they bill was gave us room in our budget for them to add on a solar sky light to brighten up our dining room in the dark part of the house. Highly recommended and we love our blue roof that was HOA approved.

  Due to a water leak i contacted Dr Roofer for an estimate. The representative Jon Snow was courteous, prompt and extremely professional while also being a down to earth friendly guy. The company took over and worked with my Insurance for my roof to be replaced. Once the work was approved they got to work quickly. Due to no fault of theirs the job took longer than anticipated but this really shows their commitment to quality. The shingles i had them order came in defective. so they had the shingle vendor replace them instead of just using them. The new ones were also defective so they got the vendor to send new ones. They kept the area clean, and swept the yards for loose nails with a magnet. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

  Dr Roofers did an awesome job on time very professional there Rep. Mr. Blaisdell was great PM and kept me updated on my roof until it was completed and afterwards. If you need a roof Dr. Roofers are the one!! Thank you Mr. Blaisdell
