  I would recommend Down South Exteriors to anyone looking to replace their roof. After trying to deal with another contractor we contacted Down South who came out 2 days later and said we should be able to claim the roof on our insurance. Prior to contacting them we did not think insurance would be an option and were not going to go that route. I gave them the insurance information and they did everything from there, including filing the claim for me. Johnny Morena met the insurance adjuster at the house and showed him where the damage was, the claim was approved that day! Had we not used Down South we would have paid for the roof out of pocket, instead we only paid our insurance deductible which was 1/4 of the cost. 2 weeks after having the insurance check in hand we had a brand new CertainTeed roofing system installed. This company is very professional, responsive, does quality work, and the best thing is when they were done you couldn't tell they had even been here (other than the new roof of course). Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
