  I think he should explain his work to the customer better. When you are the expert on job you should make sure the customer has comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of the service he will complete. I felt like he took a lot of short cuts on three different jobs I hired him for doing the bare minimum just to pass inspection. After doing research, I would suggest things to him, he always had an excuse why he could not fix it the way I preferred. If you hire him, please make sure to get a detail contract explaining step by step. There is no reason why any contractor should try to get over on the customer. When you are doing the work you should give the customer different options and let them make the decision on the work that need to get done. Its sad when you find out someone took short cut but still charge you the same price. Now I see why it's hard for black business to get work because of people like this company.

  I wouldn't refer this untrustworthy guy to anybody. Randy didnt finish the job he was paid to do and demanded more funds to finish the job. Im still owed around $10,000 dollars worth of work from him.
