  I asked for an estimate on a job that simply required an adjustment of the pitch of my rain gutters. The lady who answered the phone would not allow that and said to me that, "repairs don't get estimates", to which she went on to add that this company will do the work first and then tell me what I'm going to pay them for it. This is no exaggeration! She REALLY expects it to work this way! I suggest people to stay away from shady companies like this who operate so foul.

  Their guy Steve is a Rockstar !! He knows his stuff. If only he was able to do what needs to be done without having to answer to Louis Panos of Thornhill who really doesn't have a clue how to manage a HOA community.

  Although I cannot attest to their roofing abilities, suffice it to say that their behavior while driving the red company truck, PA tag YTS-2080, eastbound on 695, headed toward the Owings Mills exit at approximately 3 pm on Tuesday, May 15th 2018, was less than professional at best and undeniably disrepectful, immature, and dangerous in fact. The 2 young men in the truck snapped several pictures of me while driving alongside of my car on the beltway, swerving nearly into another car at one point. They had a clear disregard that although blonde and wearing sunglasses, I am an actual person-mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend, musician and teacher. Their attention is better focused on driving safely so as not to cause harm to others on the road or to themselves. Speeding, changing lanes without signals, laughing and snapping photos of women in their cars is disrespectful and irresponsible. Doing all of the above while in the company vehicle is just plain stupid. Word to the wise—try to grow up a bit or at least consider using a non-work truck for your next round of puerile antics. I bid you safe travels and an increased awareness of the potential consequences of your actions in the future.
