  they clean our chimney yearly and do a great job. As far as stove installation, they are busy enough and only install the stoves they sell. If you buy elsewhere you need to insure the seller installs.

  Called 3 times on Saturday bought a qaudra fire stove can not get company to service stove not working for 4 days called everyday won't provide service avoid this business
