  The owner, Ryan, came out to our house to look a small section of our roof shingles we that have had issues for a couple years. He was prompt and professional, he immediately gave us an overview of the situation. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a couple of options to think about before we committed to any work being done. Due to inclement weather fixed the torn shingles while we decided how to address the main issue. Ryan was friendly and great at communicating. His transparency giving us his professional opinion made our choice to have him reshingle a section of our roof easy. He came out and did a great job! We haven’t had an issue with that part of our roof since. I would highly recommend him and his company.

  If you live in the Treasure Valley right now, you know what a challenge it is to find a good, honest , knowledgeable contractor. Ryan fits this bill and more. In a climate of skyrocketing costs and flakey contractors, Ryan is a breath of fresh air. He is everything you would hope for in a contractor: Honest, kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. This is our second home that Ryan has worked on for us with and we trust him implicitly. We are thankful that he has pride in doing things correctly and not price gouging in the current Boise climate. We have had very bad experiences with contractors not showing up, doing the job half way, refusing to return calls. He takes the time to do things correctly and also reviews the work of any contractors he brings in. I would recommend him to anyone and consider yourself lucky if you are able to work with him.

  I used Dokime Construction to make some repairs to my roof prior to selling it. Ryan fit me into his schedule between other jobs to ensure I could complete my house sale. He was very thorough, professional and his knowledge of the ventilation and roofing system on my house saved me money as more expensive repairs weren't needed. I would thoroughly recommend Dokime and look forward to using them again.
