  A new roof is an important family decision and that is why we carefully selected DM Roofing to keep our family safe. DM Roofing provided a personalized free estimate. The team was polite and courteous while at the job site and the office staff highly professional. I was advised accordingly with follow-up emails and invoiced in a timely manner. For those organized neat people such as myself know how important updates are. OUR Favorites: Cleanliness - The team walked around the perimeter picking up debris as the job was taking place. Respectful - Mr. Martinez called me to ask me if the satellite equipment was still active and I was so grateful for the removal of the outdated devices no longer in use. Quality - Highly efficient and work was completed in no time, this must be because the team has great morale. Happy workers = Happy roofs and you know your roof will be done right! We are so happy with our new roof (LOVE IT) Reference Purposes ONLY - I personally decided to sit on my new roof and watched the sunrise with my coffee. I hope our experience helps homeowners choose the best company to complete your roofing needs. I could not be happier with the service and the attention to detail to all my requests.   As a landlord / property manager, roof issues make up a huge part of my work. I'm willing to do minor patching and repairs myself, but when it comes to bigger, more complicated repairs, it's best left to the pros. I've been working with Denis since 2017 and I'm extremely happy with the work his company does. He's replaced two roofs for me, with permits, and performed countless other repairs. He truly makes things easy for the homeowner. Everything is explained in detail in layman's terms and he provides excellent photos and videos of the work, before, during, and after. The work is always done professionally, but on the rare occasions a leak repeats itself, he has no problem honoring any warranties provided. Everyone he has working for him is professional and polite. No one wants to deal with a roof leak, but DM Roofing makes it almost a pleasant experience!
