  UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES. Craig came right away to give a gutter estimate on my new home, and the price was right. They promptly installed the gutters within 2 weeks and promised that if something was of concern, they would come back to fix within a 1 year warranty. However, they grossly underestimated the typical volume of water coming off the roof line during thunderstorms and snowmelt, and had installed a gutter that was too small. I have repeatedly had a lot of water pouring from the gutter and into the roof eve above the entrance. Craig failed to call me back about this issue, after 3 calls and voice messages. He certainly didn't uphold the promise to fix issues. I decided to remove the gutter myself because it was causing water damage.

  Excellent gutters and gutter helmets. Finished in 4 hours. The type they carry work. Problem solved..no more going on the roof.
