Got a super quick and professional response from David on my matter. Most importantly, the answer was straightforward and down to the point. Will definitely use DL Baker Homes LLC when the time comes!

Mr Baker was a joy to work with. He responded promptly and knowledgeably and answered all our questions in a professional manner. I felt he was  highly ethical and communicated clearly.

Showed up on time. Gave an estimate that was quite comprehensive and right in the pack price wise.  Good people.

So I hired dL baker homes to replace my windows and a sliding glass door and Gustavo Llanos shows up at my door, mind you I did some research and he used to have a company GVL Construction and they got there license revoked for being incompetent and a thieve , and guess what happened at my place??? The job still isn’t done and they ordered my windows wrong along with the door. Not that’s there any suprise there all his yelp reviews say the same thing if you see Gustavo Llanos please run the other way... dL baker shame on you for hiring a thieving manipulating liar like Gustavo and his partner janita

Althea is correct in stating that our project manager, at the time, was unethical.  We owe you gratitude and thanks for bringing this to our attention.  We lost our former project manager and ‘Anthony’ or ‘Gustavo Llanos’ was filling in for him while we looked for a replacement.  After this review was posted Mr. Llanos was also discharged from DL Baker Homes, LLC.  There were a myriad of issues at your home with your window and slider installation, which from the off-set, should have been very simple.  This had many layers to it; firstly the termination of our project manager and secondly the wrong product being ordered for your job.  Also, we had to let go of the initial installation crew and hire another crew to finish your home improvement.  We admit that it was not our finest hour.  However, we took the bull by the horns – ordered the correct product, project managed the job ourselves, and got the windows and slider installed and finished correctly at the end all, be all.  Our commitment to do the ‘right thing’ for our clients no matter how much it costs is something we are unwavering on and about.  We understand that our clients’ homes are probably the biggest purchase they will ever make in their life and we respect the investment.  For this scenario an, ‘I’m sorry’ doesn’t really make up for the errors; the only thing that we could do was get the installation done correctly and make it right.  We appreciate your feedback and are committed to learn from this situation.  We wish you both the very best now and always.
