We hired Jerry to replace out aging roof. He and his crew did very good professional work. Work was done on time with good craftsmanship. Jerry managed the process well and accommodated requests for changes for things that we did not foresee early in the process. After having several companies come quote the job I decided to go with Discovery Roofing and here are a few reason why:

1.	Reasonable Cost
2.	They were very informative and took time to not only explain the different types of roof but showed me a sample and explained ribbed vs. non-ribbed (no additional cost for ribbed)
3.	They were able to point out rotted wood and included repair in the original quote
4.	Jerry took a look at insurance paperwork and helped get maximum payout
5.	Family owned and family ran business
6.	They were able to get me a substantial CPS electric rebate (more savings)
Additional information:
I had Discovery do the roof of my main house, pool house, and water well house.  I was so pleased with the work that I gave them 5 additional rent home addresses to see if we could get insurance to replace the roofs (fingers crossed).  We did have some rain days in between work and no leaks.  After each days work they made sure to finish off the sections to avoid leaks and they also passed the magnet to pickup nails as well as daily clean-up.  5 Stars from me and highly recommended!  I’ve already referred them to a friend (Belle) who needed a quote and was told they were way more professional and price a lot lower than other quotes.

Jerry made our roof replacement so easy . He took care of everything with the insurance and offered to repair the roof from causing any home damage  at no charge until he can get his team out here to replace the roof ! Professional, quick and I definitely  would recommend them to anyone!

Jerry Sanchez was very professional and kept me apprised every step of the way. When the job was completed we did a final inspection to see if there were any questions or problems. He went over my warranty again and told me if I found any issues to call him. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Discovery Roofing for your metal roof. Love it makes my house have a new look.
