  Ordered both drip edge and end wall flashing, but they only delivered the drip edge. Instead of correcting the problem, they are telling my husband to invert the drip edge and use it instead. No, we prefer to do things the correct way. They refuse to fix the mistake and keep giving us the runaround. Now we're wasting money to get the correct product elsewhere.

  Hello, I'm sorry there has been so much confusion regarding this issue. Hopefully this will reach you before you end up wasting money on more pieces! Our eaves and end walls use the exact same measurements and specifications. Because your order isn't painted this means the pieces will look exactly the same but need to be flipped because one piece goes under the panel and the other on-top. They are interchangeable, so I'm sorry if this has caused a hassle for you and we didn't communicate this clearly. We we're not trying to give you the run-around. If the endwalls are not what you are used to thats because there is not set standard between all metal companies however I can assure you our endwalls have been used on countless jobs by licensed contractors without issue. We will be attempting to reach out to you by phone aswell.

  I have used Discount Direct Metal 3 times over the last couple of years and I have never had a problem with pricing or the order being wrong actually I damaged a piece of flashing and called them up and they had me a replacement same day! I recommend them to anyone that’s looking for metal roofing!
