  I have worked with several contractors, and Stephan / the DM team have by far been the easiest and best. Highly recommend you call them if you will need to file an insurance claim specifically. Working with insurance is normally a huge pain (have had to make several claims myself before), but they took care of it all for us and used their expertise to get us the funds - and additional funds - we ended up needing. Very trustworthy and professional business. Stephan gave us a free roof inspection after hurricane Isaias, made a quick repair, worked with our insurance company to get funds for a full roof replacement, and was readily available and great at explaining our options. The roof team showed up on time, moved our patio furniture out of the way and put it back, cleaned up after themselves, etc. Took a few weeks to schedule, about two days to complete the replacement, and they accepted payment the day they showed up with the materials, and again after we received final insurance funds. Can't speak on quality of the roof yet as it was only installed a month ago.
