  The guy who came out to my house was very helpful since I didn't know much about what I was dealing with. My septic tank was nearly full and it was backed up into the lateral sewage pipes in my basement. It was a messy day, but he helped me clear it out and he didn't have to do any of that extra stuff. Odd name for the business, and he didn't seem to know who the business seems to be named after. But they only charged me $250, which is a hell of a deal.

  Digger Jim was great to work with at the sell of our home. He came by to find the tank access - - I never knew I had. Found the tank & laterals in no time. Conducted the clean-out and inspection for both myself and the future buyer on site. Explained everything and answered all our questions.
