  Dial One did a good job installing a new roof about 5 years ago. They were quick to respond when the old roof on my new home started leaking. But I've needed them to do a small repair for almost a year. They keep saying they don't have my color shingles. Really? I've been a home owner for almost 30 years and have never before had an experience like this. I'm giving up on them. Maybe a small job just isn't worth their time

  Don't let these people touch your roof. This company installed a new roof for us three years ago. We just had an inspection when we went to sell the house and turns out we have mold because these guys don't understand the basics about venting which cost me 2500 to fix. They're good at pretending to be nice but they have no idea what they are doing. Also, they contract out your job to other roofers so you're better off going straight to someone who will do the job themselves and not pay a premium for their face. I should've checked their reviews better, now finding others with similar issues in the not recommended reviews and other websites.

  We will recommend Dial One Roofing to our family & closest friends. Great quality & customer service! Wade & Debbie are friendly & very professional. Our roof is beautiful & looks better than we imagined. Our job was a particularly difficult due to circumstances. We bought the home & it was required to have a new roof completed prior to closing. This made for a lot of stress, to say the least. Wade’s crew & lead foreman Pedro were terrific! Great clean up every night; couldn’t even tell they were there that day. Do yourself a favor and hire Dial One Roofing!
