  We are first time home buyers and so far the best decision we have made was working with Dave! We arrived early and he was already there. As soon as we arrived he introduced himself and explained how the process would go. He then began pointing out things on the house that were both good and may need to be addressed. He was very thorough, he assessed everything on the outside, including gutters, GFCI electrical outside, siding, roof, you name it he checked it. Inside he was just as thorough, he would physically get inside the crawls spaces, on the roof, checked the attic. We felt very comfortable from beginning to end, he was informative on Washington state code, and honest on giving estimates on how much money it would not only take to fix things but also upkeep of what was already in the home. We are so incredibly happy we decided to work with him and we would happily recommend him to our good friends!

  DH Home Inspection was amazing! We are first time home buyers and Dave was very informative, willing to answer any and all questions we asked, and was extremely thorough in the entire inspection process. Not only did he inspect the home, but taught us a lot of valuable information as well! If you are looking for an inspector, Dave is the guy for you!

  DH Inspections is very reasonable priced and Dave was very professional and friendly, he took the time to explain everything to me as a first time home buyer. This guy really knows his stuff! 100% recommend!
