    I was heading north on Harvey today turning left on Sternberg from the proper lane when a Red truck with White trailer with this logo on it came up beside me on inside lane to turn left . Proceeded to turn left in each of our lanes til guy driving decided to CUT me off to get to US 31 North ramp --it was raining and foggy out and lucky I was paying attention or he would have taken me out --learn to drive and be in proper lane . then was SPEEDING on 31 like crazy not safe at all.
