Seriously the rudest people I have talked with on the phone in a long time. The person who answers the phones should NOT be in public relations what so ever. Called twice.... Correct way to answer a phone.... "Good morning how can we help you today..." NOT and interrogation about who's calling, where are you from, and what do you want like your bothering them ....
