  We recently purchased a 1961 Colonial with many original features that required updating. We decided to use Cameron with Design Pro Remodeling for a double bathroom renovation (Primary & Hall Bath). This included a complete layout reconfiguration of both bathrooms. Our hall bath was oversized for what it needed to be, so we wanted to repurpose the unutilized space to make a large, functional, & more modern primary bath. When you take into account the finite space, the existing infrastructure of the home, & the types of features & fixtures we wanted included, complex doesn’t begin to describe the scope of the project. Some of the more involved features include, but are not limited to, two fully digital shower systems with multi-thermostatic valves (this alone required very extensive plumbing), heated towel racks, redirecting HVAC ventilation ducts, installation of new ceiling fan ducting, new hall bath pocket door, custom primary shower doors, & recessed medicine cabinets / mirrors which required extra framing. As the project developed my wife & I had a few change orders we submitted as some of our initial preferences had changed. I know this can be a frustration point with any service provider, as it can completely alter the entire scope of a project. However, Cameron took these requests in stride & offered different suggestions as well as educated us how they would impact our total cost / timeline. Overall, Cameron did a fantastic job of communicating & solving all challenges of the project, & ultimately delivered the bathroom(s) of our dreams. Being the PITA client that I am, the quality of craftsmanship was of the utmost importance to me, & Cameron & his team produced. I plan to reuse Design Pro Remodeling in the future, & would also recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.

  I don't usually ever provide reviews, but I felt that the quality of service, trust, and pricing of Design Pro Remodeling and our general contractor Cameron was simply amazing. We recently purchased a home in early May and reached out to Cameron for an initial estimate on some major renovations on the home. At this time, material/labor shortages were already a major issue and we had a short turnaround period for the renovations to be completed. We were hoping to have all major items completed by August so we could avoid paying for a mortgage AND monthly rent for more than 3 months. In all, we did a complete tear down of our entire main floor to an "open concept," performed a major redesign of our kitchen area including new cabinets and appliances, installed a massive island centerpiece for our kitchen, refinished the hardwood floors in the living room and 4 upstairs bedrooms (including ripping out the carpet upstairs), added 2 mini split systems for our 3rd and 4th floor bedrooms, performed some electrical work for recessed lighting upstairs and downstairs, repainted the entire main living room area, sprinkled in some HVAC rerouting, and added new trim throughout our main floor. Throughout the entire process, Cameron and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. The one thing I truly appreciate about Cameron was his transparency, attention to detail and project management (he was a former IT Consultant and it really shines in his correspondence), and he always kept his team and sub-contractors accountable. There are always ups/downs with this type of renovation, but the one thing I could count on was Cameron always doing the right thing. And this gave me a great deal of confidence and a lot less stress when it came to the work being performed. We were not the easiest clients and we had very high expectations for our General Contractor. Time and time again - Cameron and his team showed up and consistently held themselves to those same expectations. I cannot emphasize enough how much trust I had in Cameron and his team - which is very rare these days. They were ultimately able to deliver on-time and we moved in with no issues. The final walkthrough and blue tape process was a breeze and all items we identified were promptly addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Cameron and his great team at Design Pro Remodeling to anyone out there who may be looking to perform renovations in their home. Renovations are always challenging - the one thing that you need to have on your side as a consumer is a General Contractor you can trust. You can't go wrong with Cameron and Design Pro.

  We used Design Pro Remodeling after purchasing our house and could not have been happier with the design input, high quality work, professionalism, and timeliness. We worked with Cameron Brent and expressed our desire to install hardwood floors throughout, remodel the fireplace, paint the entire interior, and do some additional cosmetic work. Cameron was amazing to work with, he understood our vision and offered his own inputs and suggestions based on his experience and current trends. He made sure we stuck to our budget and timeline. Even when the team uncovered an issue with the foundation, Cameron was quick to explain the problem, offer alternative solutions, and remedied the issue without delaying our move in date. I could not recommend Design Pro enough and look forward to working with them again soon!
