  A couple years back, we had a roof leak and called DeShazo to come look at it. They determined it was the vent pipes allowing water in at the seams. They replaced them and I thought we were squared away. Then, in 2021, we had more leaks. I called them back out and they told me the vent pipes were leaking *again*. They told me the replacement collars THEY PUT ON had cracked bc they were plastic. Essentially they put in faulty product that failed and then charged me to replace it a second time using a different material. I told them I had paid them once for this exact fix and they didn’t seem to think it mattered. They charged me again anyway. We can’t trust that whatever fixes they do are quality, so we will never hire them again. Edited in response to the company’s response: I did call when it occurred, asked to speak to the manager/owner. They told me nothing could be done. I had to pay again. Why am I posting my review now? Because we are *still* working to repair the damage to our ceiling from the FAULTY product YOU installed. You are responsible for the products you install, period. Not only that, I’m supposed to believe metal vent collars weren’t available in 2019? 🤔

  Ms Ford We came out in 2018 and replaced all the vent pipes. We also offered you a one-year workmanship warranty. You called in July 19 2021 we came out the next day. The estimator found that one of the vent pipes was faulty; we don’t manufacturer the product. He mentioned to you the on going issues we were having with this particular product. Instead of just fixing the one, we went ahead and replaced all of them at that time for our minimum charge. Which was significantly less than 2018. This way you wouldn’t have that issue again. Since that time they had come out with a superior product and we installed that for you. If you should write a review on anyone it would be the company who manufactures the products. Not the company who goes out of its way to make sure it won’t happen again. We don’t control on what the industry sells. We voice opinions on that product, they produce a better one and that’s what we installed for you! I get the frustration. Trying being the one who has to fix this issue they had no control of. We don’t do anything unless a homeowner agrees to the terms and price. We explained what we were going to do, the price, and you agreed. You paid the next day and it’s been 6 months. If you had an issue with the payment, why not just call in July?!? Either way. Thank you for your review.

  DeShazo and Son repaired my slate roof with the best price and great workmanship. I highly recommend this professional outfit with excellent repairmen to everyone who have any type of roofing needs.

  I needed to replace my roof immediately due to insurance reasons. I called around and got 5 estimates. Matt provided the most clear and concise proposal to me within 24 hours. He took the time to answer all my questions and was able to move around schedules to replace my roof within a week. Deshazo and Son even price matched another offer I received. Matt brought by samples of shingle colors and came by the next day after install to ensure everything looked good. Area was clean when I returned home and skylight was installed beautifully. I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. Very professional company that cares about their customers. I highly recommend!
