  DeShano Construction has been the most professional team that I have worked with. I have tried other contractors, but no one else measures up to these guys. They handled the remodel of my house while I was a thousand miles away in Georgia and didn't miss a beat. They did such a good job I trusted them with the work on my parents home and our deer camp as well. They assign a professional supervisor for each job. It's nice to have one contact that handles all aspects of the work. And due to their size and leverage, they are usually cheaper than most of the local contractors in town. I highly recommend them and will use them again myself.

  We love our log house up north, and the complete experience of building this home with DeShano Companies was terrific. We have had no issues ever since the house was built in 2012. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable in helping with all the details of the plan, and Scott as foreman was great to work with. The quality for the price was outstanding, and I would recommend this builder to anyone considering building a home in central and northern lower Michigan. Greg and Luda.

  When we decided to make our "cabin" a home and retire, we hired DeShano to completely gut the existing dwelling and add a two-story addition, along with all new plumbing, electrical, hard foam insulation, heating and air conditioning -- basically it was a new house. They did a FANTASTIC job!! All the workers were professional and DeShano stood behind their warranties 100%. We will always use this company for any building needs.
