Deschutes Roofing exceeded our expectations!!! Excellent communication throughout the process. Dave, Carlos, and the rest of the Deschutes team were fantastic to work with. We expected some issues to arise, due to the cause of the roof issues and Carlos was prompt on contacting us with the change order and pictures. No surprises!!! They were quick, efficient and no traces of debris anywhere. Would highly recommend Deschutes Roofing!!!

We moved into a fixer-upper that desperately need a new roof. We’d never dealt with replacing a roof so getting bids was a little intimidating. Enter Deschutes Roofing! Carlos made the whole process much easier to handle by giving us all the information we needed to make an informed decision without bogging us down with overly technical details. He really took the time to listen to our needs then gave us a few options with detailed estimates. Out of 5 companies that bid his was the only one that I felt was really interested in our vision for the project. Two of the companies didn’t even meet me face to face! It was refreshing to get a detailed estimate from Deschutes Roofing without feeling pressured to make all the upgrades. Finally, I was equally impressed with the efficiency and cleanliness of William and the rest of his installation team. VERY hard workers! Thanks so much for the beautiful roof and the impressive warranties!

A+ service from day one! From the first contact with Oksana, then our estimater, and throughout the whole process of getting financing and choosing shingles to installing the roof and ventilation, Deschutes Roofing actually made the experience enjoyable. Never thought I'd say that about a roofing company! Thanks for everything!
