  Highly recommend Dennis Francis Roofing. It was an extremely smooth transaction. He gave a fair estimate. We hired him. He showed up as promised and got the job done quickly and great quality. You could really tell he knew his trade. He picked up every spare nail even. I also liked that he monitors roof temperatures for his crew’s safety. Great job!

  We had a full roof installation done. Dennis gave the estimate himself. Not only was his price the best out of the five quotes we received; he was the most down to earth person when it came to what kind of roof we needed. He doesn't upsell or pressure you into buying a certain type of shingle. We appreciated his honesty and his quick responses to our questions.

  Our roof was leaking after 17 years. Dennis came out himself to look at it. We had 3 estimates and his seemed to be the best he explained every detail. We were very happy with the quality work and materials he used. He did this in a timely manner and cleaned everything up when he finished.
