  Great mom and pop operation. I called for a roof estimate and within that same day the owner came out and gave me an estimate which nobody could beat. After checking with the BBB i signed with them. the next week the roofers were out and completed the roof within three days. The roofers were great about cleaning up after they had left it was like they were never there besides the beautiful new roof of course. very pleased with the work that was down i would refer anyone looking to get a new roof put on to go to these guys.

  DeMoss gave a good price for the roof. The roof took 3 days to complete. I was worried about rain. The roof looks good. However, when I went out to clean up, I noticed a broken deck board. I also noticed the downspout was pulled off the wall. I straighten the other downspout that had something dropped on it. I called DeMoss. The guy came out and said he’d be back next week. I have called many times. They NEVER call back. I finally talked to Tom. He said they were too busy. So, I suggest that you do not pay until you have inspected EVERYTHING, as they knew they broke stuff but never said anything. Update: After about 6 weeks they came out and replaced the broken deck board. It measured 1” x 6”. So, he installed a 1x6, which isn’t 1” thick. He did not fix the downspout. I called back and the owner said they don’t make the right size boards anymore, but he’d relay the message to the roofer. The roofer called and told me the only reason my boards were that thick was because they were old and full of water. (swollen) I told him the way it was was a huge tripping hazard and not usable. He said he’d be out next week. He said he’d have to rip a board down to size. Out of curiosity, I called the local lumber store and asked about 1” x 6”. They said yup we’ve got 5/4 x 6 by 12’. ( So, not swollen and still available... not like they said.) I assume that’s what the roofer used. Anyway, the deck board and the downspout have been fixed.

  Called to get an estimate on some work. Gave them all the info they asked for. Told that someone would call me back to set up and appointment. A week later and no call. Got on their website and requested a call back. That was about a month ago. Haven’t heard a word. Super unprofessional.
