  A GREAT EXPERIENCE! After struggling to find a contractor to repair our rubber balcony roof, and after attempting to repair it ourselves, I came across Degenhardt on a NextDoor post. I reached out via their online form and I very quickly got a response back from Paul. We arranged for him to come take a look and provide a bid. He was on time, professional, and took the time to consider all the options. Several days later he sent us the bid, which we felt was fair and in line with what we had been expecting. We approved and sent in the deposit. We expected it to take several weeks or even months before they would get to our job, and Paul even warned us of such. But only 7 days later, Paul reached out to say they could do the job later that week. The two-man crew showed up on time as expected and finished the job in about 7 hours. The work was done neatly and cleanly! We are VERY HAPPY to get this project done after struggling with it all summer! We will definitely consider Degenhardt for future projects!

  If your not calling to give them business right away they won’t give you the time of day. Before I could continue to get information from this company he hung up on me. Rude and unprofessional.
