  Working with Definitive Construction to replace our damaged roof was amazing! From the beginning, dealing with Dirk and Keaton, they were very responsive to any questions I had by phone or text. Very accessible which was refreshing. Always showed up on time when they said they would. I could tell they were all about doing the best job possible and making sure we were satisfied with the results. With any construction related job, there are bound to be unforeseen issues develop, even for replacing a roof. It's how those issues are handled that can make it a positive experience or not for the client. Dirk and Keaton did a remarkable job and made it a very positive experience for us. I would strongly recommend.

  They were professional from the start, got on the roof to do the quote the other contractors wouldn't do. Brought along paperwork so they could tall to the insurance company on my behalf to get the two quotes closer together. Would definitely recommend them for your future roof repair.

  Having Definitive Energy replace my Roof was a pleasant experience. Everything was explained to me of what would be done.
