We needed to get a flat roof repaired and when we called Deer Park Roofing to come take a look we found out that we needed a whole new roof as well. Ours was worn down pretty badly. We were not expecting this additional cost but Steve and the rest of the people from Deer Park Roofing made the whole process much less stressful with their great communication. They were on time, answered all of our questions, got to work when they said they would, and the final result looks great. We recommend them very highly.

This roof repair in Norwood by Deer Park Roofing was one of the best experiences that we’ve had with any contract work on our homes. From the outset, communication was excellent - even when there was a weather-related postponement, and rescheduling was set up at that time by Rachelle. Steve & Matt arrived as scheduled and went right to work with the 3rd story dormer repairs, taking photos during the process, getting the job completed without incident. They cleaned up debris completely before leaving and were both very professional and friendly. The invoice was exactly as stated on the estimate and was very reasonable. Great company to do business with !

From the moment I contacted Deer Park Roofing until the final inspection was completed, everything was so easy! They explained what needed to be completed in simple, easy to understand terms and made the process so easy. They let me know what to expect the whole time. No question was too silly to ask. I appreciated out estimator, Jack, who was so thorough. Communication with our project manager was amazing and the crew on site was so professional. Thank YOU!
