  We thought that since he has done previous work for our family that he was a trusted contractor. We were wrong. He’s been taking advantage of my mother who is disabled. He ran off with her money with out completing services and now will not answer her calls. We have been trying to communicate with him for MONTHS. Only to receive promises of invoices that never come. He also promised to show up and finish the job several times and has not. We have been dealing with this company for over a yr trying to get our fence finished and he keeps coming up with excuse after excuse as to why he can’t finish the job. Or he just doesn’t respond. All these reviews left are from ppl he knows personally or family members. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR A JOB. We thought we were hiring an honest, solid contractor. Now we’re preparing to have to ensue legal action to get our money back. It’s sad Bc we really wanted to be understanding and try to work with them.

  I have had him: remodel kitchen to include moving water lines, remove walls, remove cabinets, add support beams, rewire electrical. He has also done painting, drywall, recessed lighting. He built an enclosed pantry in kitchen. He removed and rebuilt closets In Home office. He has installed new windows around our home. Extended a sidewalk and several other things. Obviously we like him and his crew to continually ask him back. His prices are reasonable and his work is very good. We have recommended his services to several friends when the needed work as well.

  I have been dealing with this company for at least 6 years. The words professionalism and quality of work are an understatement, but he is nice and respectful as well (bonus)! I've owned my home for over 20 years and De la Cruz has never made me feel as if any job was to small. Over the years, I've tried to take the cheap route and ended up paying twice by having to have this company re-do other people's work. De la Cruz has done quite a bit of work in my home, my neighbors home as well as my parents rental home, over the years. He has repeatedly and nailed each project everytime, flawless work! You will definitely not be sorry trusting your home improvements, remodeling or any construction needs period to these guys. They do it all I've found them to be honest, dependable, on time - no waiting around and they do exceptional quality work. Don't pay for stuff twice like I have over the years, save yourself the hassle just call these guys first!!!!
