  Joe with DC Contractors was phenomenal. I was going through the process of selling a house, and potential buyers were asking for various repairs and Joe was my advocate to let me know what was fact and what was a claim specializing roofer/contractor trying to get paid. DC Contractors completed roof repair , drywall, leak damage repair, painting and skylight repair. Joe was responsive, honest, and probably saved me about $7500. I would absolutely recommend his service.

  I have used Joe Coffey with DC Contractors for 10 years. Joe and his company have always provided exceptional work at a very reasonable price. Most importantly they show up when they say they are going to. When we needed a new roof this summer I did call another company. I made one call to Joe and he met with the insurance adjuster and got my roof covered under insurance. Many thanks!

  Had a water damaged exterior wall, Mike and his assistant came out and were very polite and professional. I had several questions and they were more than happy to keep me informed through the repair process. I was also very impressed with the clean up and organization at the end of everyday. Definitely recommend and would hire again!
