We had a purchase contract on a 20 year old house and part of the agreement was the replacement of the old shingles. Unfortunately a lot of storm damage repairs are going on and it is difficult to get a roofer and materials on short notice. We could not get insurance or close on the house until the roof was replaced and a formal wind mitigation report was filed. David Keefe was replacing a number of roofs on our street and they adjusted their schedule to squeeze us in. They replaced a bunch of wood, put down a full adhesive membrane and used premium shingles. All work was completed in just a few days and they did a full magnetic sweep around the house to pick up any stray nails. The wind mitigation steps they took provided a significant reduction in our homeowners insurance. Thanks David Keefe!
