  So frustrated and disappointed... Had them come out to the house 7-8 weeks ago to troubleshoot a heat pump, garage heater, and fireplace. Fixed the heat pump just fine, discovered a bad valve on the garage heater, and needed Dave to come out and look at the fireplace because "he really knew his way around these things." Ordered a new valve, and a week later called in to schedule a time to get it installed. Heard nothing for several days. Called and left several more messages, same result - no response. 5 full weeks and no responses later, I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone. It was a Monday, the week prior to Thanksgiving. Was told that "Dave should be able to get out there this week". Week came and went, still nothing. Thanksgiving week happened - Nada. I'm now into December and have yet to have anyone call me back. Message clearly received that I need to take my work to someone else. I'm so disappointed because prior to this, they have been great. For whatever reason, this go-around has been very, VERY poor communication.
