My building has an older metal roof and was having issues with snow and ice coming over the one ice bar. Darby came in and installed 2 addition ice bars and resolved the problems. It was cool that they were willing to come in on such a small job at a reasonable price and do great work. I am definitely letting the HOA owners know about Darby. (we all have ice and snow issues).

As a property manager for a portfolio of multifamily properties, I have worked with Darby many times over the years. I find them to be very responsive to work order requests and honest with how they handle their business. Several times, they have come back out at no cost for follow up repairs if an initial repair did not resolve the issue when there was a particularly difficult leak to track down. I have worked on both small ($500 or so) to large ($400,000) projects with Darby and they have been great to work with throughout. I would choose them to roof my own home when the time comes. They are honest, respond quickly and stand behind their work. Aaron Witener has been my primary point of contact for a few years now and is really great to work with. Can't say enough about how positive my experiences with Darby have been.

I have had the unfortunate event of living in the same neighborhood as their project. The workers are rude and inconsiderate and will take up every available parking spot in front of private property, knowing full well the people work from home and that they have children that they need to transport in and out of their houses. At this point I do not care the quality that they are able to deliver on. Their workers in the way that they treat residents in private communities is enough to put me off from ever recommending them.

I’m very sorry for your experience. I apologize if any rude comments were made as that is intolerable and against our company practice. Our practice has been to limit the number of vehicles to safely transport people to and from our job sites. During the pandemic we have limited to no more than two households per vehicle. At times we may have a dump truck, two vehicles and working with multiple suppliers to load the project. Please feel free to reach out to our office with any additional concerns. We can’t improve our without your comments and concerns. Again, we deeply apologize for any setbacks we caused for you and your family.
