  The entire crew from Danchanko did an outstanding job. We had an old flagstone sidewalk replaced with stamped concrete and 3 sets of steps removed and replaced. We have an old house so there was some intricate areas with the steps and they were able to maintain much of the original stone work. They started the week they told us when we signed the contract. They were very careful protecting our landscaping and the job was completed on time and they cleaned everything up. We had to do nothing but enjoy the great work. The excavating team were super careful and did a great job with minimal impact to our yard. Would highly recommend Danchanko for any concrete work you need done. In fact we are planning to get our garage floor replaced by them next year.

  I hired Danchanko, Inc to do some Chimney repair work. Steve arrived quickly. looked over the project and explained that I would get an estimate, but they might find hidden problems and would need to charge extra for any surprises. I understood that. I received an estimate quickly and it was reasonable. Shortly after starting the job Steve told me he found problems. Steve explained the problems and gave me options. After a while more surprises showed up. Again Steve took the time to go over options. The new problems and options were more than my limited constructions knowledge permitted. I asked If I could call someone to advise me. Steve agreed and he was very understanding and he worked with my friend to solve all the problems. The job is finished and the Danchanko crew did an excellent job. All the crew were nice, friendly guys and they all did a good job and actually cleaned up when the job was finished. If you are lucky enough to get Danchanko to do your project you will not be disappointed. Harry Korber

  Showed up promptly for a quote on some stone veneering. I was explained the length of time required to wait but was impressed with the knowledge of the estimator and elected to wait. They were able to dodge the weather and actually get the project done efficiently in one day. More importantly is the quality of the work. Jerrad and Steve were superb in their craft! Thank you! I would look no further than Danchanko.
