  I called & left a message about a leak in our roof. He called back & started yelling at me w/a diatribe about having put the original roof on the house in the 60s and us allegedly telling him he was overpriced (?!?!). He was extremely unprofessional and sounded drunk. Then he hung up on me. If this is how Dan Williams treats potential customers, he deserves to go out of business.

  We’re sorry about your experience. We stand by all of our work when it comes to roofs we’ve done. The only work we will not warranty, and stated before, is temporary fixes on work done by a previous roofing company.
