  No contractor drama! Dan Shepler roofing completed my project in a timely fashion without any cease and desist letters or private investigators. The price was actually low within my reasonable expectation range and they didnt use cheap garbage materials, or lie to me about uncovering surprise expenses. The roof looks great and everyone I had interaction with was courteous and respectful. Thank You! Great job!

  Things started off good & the owner goes out to do the estimates. He was easy to work with. The issue is the people he uses for his metal roofing. He contracts someone out & they don’t really follow up. They were sloppy, unprofessional & didn’t complete everything agreed upon. We refused to pay until the job was completed the boss of the metal co would have left things as is. They didn’t do the trim properly & it looks sloppy. But he was not going to take away from his commission & just said that’s how it’s done. Now we have to have someone else come out to fix the corners & edges. That’s more money out of our pocket. Maybe if you’re getting siding you would have a better experience. And Dan has a good reputation & came recommended. If we would have met the metal guys prior we would not have went with Dan. If you want a metal roof I’d find someone else.

  We had an estimate for a new roof, signed papers with a notary and waited until the week before they were supposed to do the work. We then received a phone call stating that the person that gave us our estimate and the person that had us come into sign and notarize our contract both were 3,600.00 off!!! I cannot believe that this company is still in business. DO NOT waste your time.
