  Allan is the best customer representative we have ever known. We knew him and used their roofing services for many years while we lived in Texas. He has consistently served his customers above and beyond what is required. He's an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and professional, responsive and reliable. He repaired our roof several times. Eventually after a hail storm our roof needed replacement, at that time we had already moved out of Texas, but Allan made the roof replacement process very easy, including inspection, dealing with insurance claim, giving detailed instructions to our tenant, finally replacing our roof and even helping our tenant reconnect TV. We are very happy with our new roof, and very grateful to have Allan work with us, and we cannot thank him enough for his dedication and hard work. We would recommend him to anyone we knew. He is truly a great asset of Dallas Custom Roofing company.

  I know Dallas Custom Roofing since 2014. They replaced the roof on my Contemporary Multimillion Dollar House in Northwood Hills, And I have been very very happy with the Company. Anytime if I need a repair or something comes up. Allan is available via text or phone 24/7....Dallas Custom Roofing is my go to company. I am also a Real Estate Broker, and refer them to all my family and friends. They just repaired the Roof at my Brother's House in Richaland Meadows in Richardson. I wish there were 7 stars to give them.

  This team did an excellent job from start to complete. I m very satisfied with their service and quality. Allan is a great guy, responsible, friendly, reasonable, and willing to help for extra fixing. They cleaned up very well,also have excellent warranty. They are quick to make everything right. Dallas customer roofing is my number one choice. Thanks Allan!
