  I am actually shocked by these other reviews, because I have had the exact opposite experience. DACO has been responsive and professional. They have facilitated some high quality work on my property. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Mr. Davis (the owner and head contractor). I would recommend this firm again and again.

  I would never hire this company again!!! First my roof was not completed in a timely manner, Daco had my driveway and yard held up for days after starting. Workers were unprofessional and used my bathroom. Halfway through the job threat of rain workers would quit for the day and the sun would be shinning. Workers left my roof completely exposed on a rainy Saturday and needless to say the damaged that occurred due to the rain. The workers damaged shrubs, broke landscape lights and damage inside ceilings of my home. Mr. Floyd Davis made a lot of promises to pay for the repairs (05/2015)and it is now 01/2016 and he refuses to communicate with me.

  ZERO STARS This company was asked to come out and give a quote for a fairly extensive concrete job and they did not even have the decency to show up or call.
