    I do not often write negative reviews. However, YOU MUST READ before choosing this company. I would never hire this company or recommend them, EVER. Poor Quality - they hired people who have never installed siding or were new. They installed the siding wrong, resulting in large portions being removed and redone. They did not follow James Hardie's "best practice or meet anything near industry standards. Even though they say the only use "trained experts." Not professional - their goal is to get you to sign the contract. They will tell you, "we will lower the price because we have extra material." Once signed, you are at their mercy. They are over priced and will "drop the price" for a 5 star google review. The crews they hire are also unprofessional. You will have 5 bosses and no one working. Not responsive - If you have concerns, they will rarely respond. The number goes to a call center in Oregon. They say " will leave an emergent message with them." From the six months and near 50 phone calls. They called me back maybe 3 times in nearly 6 months. Not on time - We were told by the sales guy that our project would be "front-loaded" and they would have it done in 1 month. It took almost 6 months with us doing all their work. I could continue, but I will leave it here. Again, I would never use this company. By far the worst company I have ever worked with.

    My dealing specifically with the American Fork branch and it's manager have been a joke! Very poor communication, wouldn't respond to calls or emails until I contacted customer service multiple times. I worked with their representative and contractually purchased 9 windows, those windows are in the image below. Upon installation day I stopped in where windows were being installed and I seen 1 of the installers was cleaning up after removing one of the windows I DIDNT ORDER TO BE REPLACED, I told him hey that window wasn't to be replaced, he told me he couldn't put the old window back in but had a new window that matched the size. So I immediately called in to inform the office that they were putting in a window I hadn't ordered. After they completed installation I stopped back by and noticed that 1 of the windows I had ordered was NOT INSTALLED, ugh. So I contacted them again and explained that I was missing a window that was on the original order, I was told then they would order me the missing window. It was then communicated to me that the new window would arrive Feb 20, 2022. Feb 25th no new window and now they start deducting payment from my account, (which wasn't supposed to happen til job was completed) so I called again, I was told he was in a meeting and he would return my call, I waited several more days, called again and again told he wasn't available but would mark my message as urgent and I would be hearing from him, again nothing, I phone customer service, they take a message and say he will call me, he does call next day and requests I send him my documents via email and tells me he will look into and call me the next day, no call. I call CS again and speak with them again and explain what is happening, they tell me they will have him call me and check back in a few days to see if I've heard from him, I hadn't. They again pass a message onto him, he dies reach out and tells me that in order to get the window I ordered and didn't get I will need to pay more monies, he says the window runs $2800 but he will give me a deal for the mix up and mark it down to $1600 and to cover the costs for the window I didn't order but got installed. This company has been a nightmare since Nov. Had they installed what I ordered and not what I didn't order, I would have left a way different review, they are poor at communicating, and are apparently not efficient in their process. No where on this order was the measurements for the window they put in. So not sure how that was added and one that was left off.id stear clear of this place!!!

    Zach was incredible, he was on time, and friendly. He is very knowledgeable on the product. He made sure we got the best pricing, also that we didn't overpay. He found us ways to save money now and in the future. He spent so much time explaining his product and why it works. It didn't bother him at all that my 3 dogs barked and loved him. He was also kind with my children spenting time with them. This is the third company we have looked at and I am so glad we waited until the right one came along.
