  So we had some random person show up at our house, wasn’t able to make an appointment due to an emergency. The person was there to talk to us about our windows and to see if we were looking for an upgrade since they were the metal single pane windows. So we scheduled an appointment for a sale rep to come and give us the the rundown on price and quality, granted this is not the only window installation company I was in search for, The sales rep Abi was amazing!!!!!! She walked us through the company, what they stand for what they do and quality of there product and it was a great experience! We are currently going though the process and getting everything ready can’t wait for the new windows.

  Really feel like we got a good deal on replacing our roof. Michael Testa was very knowledgeable on items and product. Very easy for him to get an answer for us if he needed too. Feel very comfortable with our deal.

  Their estimator Matthew came by and wanted to go off on a lengthy spiel about their business model. He seemed infinitely more knowledgeable about that than their product or what they could actually do for me. I work in construction & it was quickly clear to me I likely knew more than he did. I told him I was interested in inexpensive windows to replace some old metal ones on my house. I let him know I wanted the new windows to match the few at my house that had been updated by the precious owner, & wasn't interested spending a lot more than necessary to do so since we'd be looking at selling soon. He said he didn't have enough time to get through his whole spiel before I had to take my kid to baseball practice & could reschedule to the next day to come back & finish up. He no showed today. Man, if you don't want my business that you solicited be adult enough to tell me.
