  Quality of work was fine. Small job just needed two small repairs done before listing the house. Took about 45 minutes and labor was $100 (we provided all supplies) . The repairman took off before bringing up any form of payment, actually didn't notify me at all he was done and just left. I assumed a bill would be sent and it was. A few days go by and DW was calling frequently asking about payment. YES WE WILL GET IT TO YOU. Paid within 14 days of work done, and 10 days of receiving the bill. I don't fault anyone for wanting paid but if it's so important you can't wait a week or two after receiving the bill ask for payment before leaving? I would have gladly written a check on the spot had they asked, even preferred it over the way they handled it.

  They did an excellent job installing a ramp to our dog door for our dogs and also repaired our front steps. Very nice to work with and very prompt. Very happy with the results. Would highly recommend them
