  The day we were leaving for vacation we discovered that the ceiling in one of the bathrooms had caved in from all the rain we had been having. We called Dave and he came right over and went up on the roof first of all, to find where the leak was and stop it by filling in with waterproofing materials. He also replaced pieces of the roofing around that area. He came inside the house and went up through the ceiling, removing all the soaked parts that had started falling. He helped me with that part and instructed me on how to put a temporary piece of Louan over the whole. I have always found Dave to be willing to come over ASAP to help us out in an emergency because we are seniors in our 70s

  Dave built stairs to our basement as well as built 2 porches. He also hydro-seeded our yard. Great work, highly recommend!
